The Wilderness Institute for Leadership Development (WILD) was created to provide the ethical, educational, and experiential foundation for inspiring the next generation of environmental stewards and outdoor enthusiasts. WILD offers multi-day field based education opportunities designed to provide participants a foundation for the exploration of all aspects of environmental, economic, and social sustainability as it relates to the individual, their communities and the world.
Each person who passes through a WILD program will be prepared to go forward as a responsible environmental steward and advocate, ready to address the resource requirements of today without undermining the capacity for future generations to do the same.
